Returns & Exchanges

At TransTape, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction with our body-affirming products. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition; please note that for hygiene reasons, opened tape rolls cannot be returned.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
